Pencil, Liquid, Cream??

Ok so using eye liner has always been a pain in my butt. the Pencil fades to fast, the cream smears after a few hours and the Liquid can be a mess to put on. There are so many types and ways to use all the different ones! Well after years and trial and error I know where the best spots on the eye are for each one!

Pencil- Pencil eyeliners I have found are used best on you lower line...there isn't anywhere for it to smudge to and it usually lasts quite a while! A lot longer then on your upper lid!

Cream- Cream liners are good for tight lining! That is the only thing I will use them for! Some people tend to use them to line upper lid and do the wing liner but I find they smudge and smear every time I blink!

Liquid- Liquid liner is the only thing I will use to  line my upper lid! It makes it super easy to do a winged eye and once it dries its there until you wipe it off! The only thing with liquid is that if you mess up good luck trying to fix it! I hate it for that reason! I can 100% say that Liquid liners and I have a Love/Hate relationship!

Liquid Eye Pen- As for the liquid eyeliner pens I have yet to find that works at all... you have to apply so much pressure and I really don't want to poke my eye with those things! I have tried E.L.F. Liquid pen and the BH Cosmetics pen and I couldn't get a decent black tint out of either one of them on my eye. Could be using them wrong! I don't know but I will not be buying any more of those!

Ok so there is a few things on the liners if anybody had a question as to what they are used best for!

Queen Elsa!!

So recently I attended a Frozen/Queen Elsa party for my friends 4 year old girl! The little girl wanted me to make her look just like Queen Elsa, so I had to do some research in the make up. Suprisingly Disney made this princess where you could actually copy the hair and make up! Well I got to looking on Pinterest and this is the closet look I could find:

I decided to try the look on myself before I tried it on my friend's daughter. This isn't a bad picture only thing is for me personally I really like for my shadow to stand out! Im really bold in my colors! Plus she had blue eyes and I have more of a brown or green eye (they change). I didn't go very dark on the little girl though I used a very light purple and pink almost to where you couldn't even see it!

This is my version of it! I didn't get a picture of my eye open but it looked really neat! I used a very very bold purple and covered my whole lid then used a red and lightly applied to my crease, then blended and blended and blended. When my eye was open all you could see was the red which had blended out to a bold pink! Everybody loved it! I paired with a pink lipstick and french braided my hair! Her daughter was so excited because we both looked like Queen Elsa!

Don't forget to spread the word about our page, when we reach 1200 views we will do a small giveaway via twitter so follow us @SBeautyBible! Who doesn't love make up giveaways!!

Lock and Seal Your Eyshadow!!

Ok so like every girl who works 8 to 10 hours a day, when it comes to make up the most important thing to me is that it lasts all day! Who has time to redo and reapply all day?!

Now with a great primer; like Too Faced Shadow Insurance or a simple base eyeshadow like Clinique Lid Smoothie, you can find that some eyeshadows last a long time! But on the other hand some still only last a few hours! Well I think I found the perfect product to help make those eyeshadows stay!

Eyes, Lips, and Face makes a product called Makeup Lock and Seal! You simply place a few drops in the container dip your brush into it then the eyshadow! This stuff is literally AMAZING!!!! My eyeshadows that would fade last ALL day without even creasing! I really don't know why I didn't try this stuff sooner it has been sitting in my drawer for a few months! And the best thing is sometimes you can find this product in a combo on the site that you can get for free if you order so much!

I went through the reviews on eyes.lips.face. website and most were very very happy with it! The ones that were not seemed to have a  packaging problem and the stuff leaked! I will say I had no problem with delivery and plan on ordering it again!

Also you can use it for your gel eyeliners, lipstick, blush, or eyebrows apparently. I have only tried it for my eyeshadows but now that I have I won't use anything else!

Im telling you this needs to be in every girls make up holder! I use it everyday and I have yet to find something that works this well for that good of price! It is only a few dollars and some change! Im definitely going to be ordering more of these and extra for back up! I order it from here http://www.eyeslipsface.com/studio/face/tools/makeup_lock_and_seal Enjoy!

March Favorites!

This month has been a month of discovery!  I branched out and tried some products by brands that I never would normally try.  Im one of those weirdos who has certain products from certain brands that I like and I don't get too adventurous very often.  However, this month, I branched out!

My first favorite is more of a product line than a specific product: MAC LIPSTICKS! I did a previous post on these little suckers, but lemme tell ya I am hooked!  I never would have thought I'd be "THAT" girl spending 16$ on a lipstick, but 8 lipsticks later, I accept it with a big 'ol grin.
Super creamy and pigmented these lipsticks are just perfection.  No wonder they are so popular, they are legit.

Secondly, I have been absolutely in love with my Nars Sheerglow foundation this month.  Its one of those that I send to the drawer to die every few weeks and that just didn't happen this month.  I am gonna have to find a new shade, as I haven't been self tanning mine is a tad too dark right now :(.  Nonetheless, it is a superb foundation with medium coverage I would say.

Thirdly is my Lorac Pro To Go palette.  I forget about this little guy now that I have the Pro palette, but the absolute convenience of this palette is just unsurpassable.  The shades are perfect for a neutral eye look and are smooth as butter.  Definitely rediscovered this little guy this month and reignited our love affair!

Fourth is my TooFaced Better Than Sex mascara.  I was gifted this beauty for my birthday from the lovely Brittany and let me tell ya I am soooooo in love.  I am not gonna go too deep into detail as I have an entire blog post on it, but OMG you need this in your life.

Fifth and lastly, is the Nars blush in Douceur.  I recently dyed my hair a deep auburn and this blush is the perfect compliment to it.  Its almost a mauve-y tan color but it is just a natural gorgeous blush.  I think this blush would fit most skin tones up to a NW NC 30. Its just amaze balls!

So there are my faves for this month, not a ton, but those MAC lippies just rocked my world this month!  Let me know what some of your favorites are and if you have tried any of mine!
